Congratulations to Jamie Propson and Becky Armbruster, recipients of The 2020 Champion of Conservation Award, presented by The Lake Michigan Champions of Conservation.
These two ladies are being recognized for their outstanding work to renovate the school's nature center, rehabilitate The MECCA trail, eradicate invasive species and improve the environmental curriculum for k-12 students in the district. They have partnered with community members, students, teachers and staff to participate in their efforts.
Jamie and Becky will be honored at this year's Lake Michigan Day in a virtual ceremony on Friday, August 14th.
