With virtual instruction ending on Friday, May 29, plans are now in place for the collection of student equipment and learning materials. The collection will occur on:
Wednesday, June 3rd - 1pm - 5 pm in the Varsity Gym Lobby.
Everyone will enter through the varsity gym lobby and exit through the gym. Stations for each individual grade will be set up in the gym to speed the collection process. With social distancing in mind, we are asking that face masks be worn and that interactions with staff and others are limited to the task at hand. Please follow directional signs as you enter the facilities. Families will not have access to other hallways or classrooms and should only be in the building for a short period.
Students must have their Chromebooks (if issued one), cases, and charging cords with them to turn in. All materials should be turned in at this time. This includes library books, textbooks, and any other school-issued materials. Students can also pick up their PE clothing and clothing that was left in lockers at this time and 8th-grade t-shirts and celebration materials. Parents can also drop off any payments for fees or lunch balances that are due.
