Does your student athlete need a sports physical?
Sports physicals will be offered on Wed 7/12/2023 at Aurora in Mishicot. Cost is $30 and the money is donated back to the Mishicot Athletic department. All athletes in grades 5-12, playing school sports, must have a current physical on file.
Call Nicole at 755-3291 to schedule a physical on 7/12/23 or to check the date of your last sports physical.
If you prefer to go to your primary care physician, please make sure to take a WIAA physical form with you!
