School and District Report Cards
The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction has released the 2024–25 State Report Cards, and we are proud to share that the School District of Mishicot continues to perform at a very high level. These results reflect the hard work of our students, staff, families, and community partners who together make Mishicot an outstanding place to learn and grow.
Across the district, our results are exceptional:
School District of Mishicot – 75.2, “Exceeds Expectations”
Schultz Elementary – 72.9, “Exceeds Expectations”
Mishicot Middle School – 89.2, “Significantly Exceeds Expectations,” placing among the top middle schools in Wisconsin
Mishicot High School – 62.7, “Meets Expectations,” with a 97.2% graduation rate and one of the state’s strongest records in career readiness
Some key highlights from this year’s results include:
Mishicot students are showing up and engaged in learning. Attendance rates across all schools far exceed state averages, reaching 100% at the middle school and between 92% and 96% district wide compared to about 82% statewide.
Mishicot Middle School’s students grow. With growth scores that place it in the top 4% of all schools in Wisconsin, we can be confident that our systems are helping every student move forward.
Mishicot High School students graduate ready for what’s next. 70% of students completed dual credit courses, 49% participated in work-based learning, and 12% earned industry-recognized credentials—each several times higher than state averages.
Mishicot students master the fundamentals. Districtwide, 59.4% of third graders met or exceeded grade-level reading expectations compared to 50.3% statewide, and 88% of eighth graders were proficient in math compared to 69.3% statewide.
These results tell a powerful story of what can happen when a community invests in its schools and when educators and families work together with a shared belief that every student can grow.
While we will always continue to improve, it’s important to pause and recognize what these report cards represent: a district that is thriving, students who are learning at high levels, and a community that stands behind them.
Thank you for your continued partnership, encouragement, and support of our schools. Together, we are building a strong future for the students of Mishicot.
