Individual Learning Plan or ILP is created by individual students, parents and school counselors and/or ACP advisers to provide specific educational programming based on the students interests, strengths and weaknesses.  ILPs are utilized throughout high school and are revised as students interests and post-secondary plans change.  The use of ILPs and Programs of Study help students map out their high school experience in order to ensure they ready for their post-secondary plans.
