State Scholarship 5/30/2012 7-$1,000 Scholarships
Requirements:

The annual Wisconsin Towns Association Scholarship program is looking for your essay addressing the topic: "What is the appropriate role of recall elections in Wisconsin at the state and local levels?" Essays will be judged independently on originality and subject matter in relationship to the topic.  The essays must also contin correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.

All applicants must be graduating from a Wisconsin public or private high school in 2012 and plan to attend a Wisconsin public or private college or vocational technical institute in 2012.

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  1. Be between the ages of 15-21, as of the May 30, 2012 deadline.
  2. Be a full time student in 2012 in either High School or College/University.
  3. Answer the essay question found on the application page.

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  1. As of May 30, 2012 deadline, be under 25 years of age.
  2. Be currently a senior in high school or in your first year of university or college

Local Scholarship 5/31/2012 varies
Requirements:

This is a grant targeting first generation, low-income, disadvantaged college students with additional financial aid.  The TIP grant is used to reduce the amount of work study or loans that the student is awarded.  This granf can be used at WI Technical Colleges, WI Private Colleges and the UW System schools.

Requirements:

To be considered eligible for the Man Mac Automatic Transmission Scholarship a student must meet the following criteria:

 

  1. Be enrolled or expect to be enrolled in an undergraduate program by the Fall of 2012.  The school you attend must be located within Canada or the United States.
