Welcome to the website for Mishicot High School! We hope our site communicates, explains, and provides all of the information about MHS you are looking for. It is with great excitement that I see each day our students and staff working towards our goal of assuring that all graduates of Mishicot High are best prepared to compete with any other graduate, from any other high school. In addition, the class of 2010 was the first set of graduating seniors to complete a career portfolio, and use this tool to market their talents upon leaving our setting to pursue their goals and follow their aspirations.
Mishicot High School offers a wide range of learning opportunities for students. Besides the coursework offered within our building, students are given the chance to participate in school to work, youth options, apprenticeships, distance learning, and on-line learning experiences. In addition we offer Advanced Placement courses in Psychology and Calculus, and numerous offerings can be taken for college credit.
In addition to our academic focus, many of our students excel in extra curricular activities such as athletics, FBLA, FFA, FCCLA and National Honor Society to name a few. In addition, there are many opportunities for students in our music department, whether it be choral or instrumental, where students showcase their skills in musicals, concerts, parades, and at home athletic events.
We are excited about our continual advancement in technology, with the addition of smartboards, laptop carts, and bringing wireless capabilities to our setting.
